Chris Houck Architect is an architectural office that brings expertise to residential and commercial projects. CHA is a service driven practice committed to collaboration with clients to achieve their project goals, an approach that strives to discover full project potential and an end result finely crafted to the user’s needs.

CHA prides itself on its practical approach to architecture. Of course, every project has a myriad of demands, interesting or otherwise, that must be met. And if the effort and expense is to be taken to accomplish these things, they should be done so in a careful, elegant, and beautiful way.

Chris Houck Architect recognizes building is not a practice of limitless resources, whether financial, environmental, or temporal. Simply put, CHA’s aim is to do the most with the least, an aim towards design that is environmentally responsible as well as economical both in means and aesthetic.

CHA offers Full Architectural Services through all phases of design from the most preliminary sketch to the final punch list. CHA is a flexible and responsive office and can offer niche services such as Zoning Studies, Code Analysis, 3D Visualization, Architect of Record, Interior and Furniture Design, Architectural Photography, and Shop Drawings.

The office can also offer a wide array of additional services such as structural engineering, MEP engineering, lighting design, and landscape design through its team of subconsultants.
