BAY HARBOR RETAIL BANK

CHA designed a series of new retail bank locations throughout South Florida for Amerant Bank including this challenging 1,000 sf space in Bay Harbor.   The unit extended far back from the street, but was only 14 feet wide posing a complex space planning exercise for fitting all the required customer facing and back-of-house staff spaces.  Strategically designed millwork concealed essential equipment for a more open feel within a tight space.
