SOUTH BEACH CONDO

CHA planned a renovation for a 1,100sf condo unit in a South Beach tower.  The kitchen and both bathrooms were completely redesigned.  The layout was optimized by converting underutilized hallway space into a master closet, reworking the second bathroom to function both as a powder room and an ensuite guest bathroom, and raising the ceiling height in the kitchen and dining areas.  A simple palate of wood and stone were selected for a calm but materially rich space.
