PLANTATION CORPORATE OFFICES

With a need for more staff and executive offices, Amerant Bank commissioned this project to combine adjacent office suites for 10,500sf of renovated space.  CHA designed a range of conference and breakout rooms, with a 20 person boardroom featured.  A primary goal of the project was to keep a visual connection to the uninterrupted views of surrounding Plantation, Florida to visitors and staff alike.  The existing private perimeter offices in the reception area were removed and replaced with a large boardroom separated by a switchable electric glass partition, preserving both lobby views and privacy with a switch of a button.   The renovation included designs for executive and staff kitchens, as well as a supporting wellness room.
