BISCAYNE PARK RESIDENCE

The owners purchased this midcentury style Biscayne Park house to be closer to their granddaughter, but it was in need of a complete overhaul as it had fallen into disrepair.  CHA worked closely with the owners to develop a new, open plan living space and to select finishes and fixtures throughout.  The building MEP systems were replaced and the exterior was refreshed with new windows and doors, roof, fencing and driveway.
