MIAMI BEACH RETAIL BANK

CHA designed a new, 2,500sf retail bank location on the busy 41st St thoroughfare in the heart of Miami’s Mid-Beach neighborhood.  The former Verizon store retail location was completely gutted and the layout reworked.  CHA worked closely with the Miami Beach Planning Department to achieve compliance with the City’s storefront and parking guidelines.   The interior material palate supports Amerant’s branding and there are some interesting design moments expressed through custom millwork and slatted ceilings with integrated lighting.
