LA GORCE ISLAND RESIDENCE
The owners of this beautiful bayfront property were seeking to both maintain their house as well as to envision the possible ways of expanding and improving. CHA produced a conditions report and feasibility study, as well as designed a number of options for enlarging the house within the Miami Beach zoning regulations. Central to the design was a private Pilates studio, an enlarged garage, additional storage, and a new sitting room all seamlessly integrated with the character of existing house.
