NORTH MIAMI BEACH FURNITURE SHOWROOM

This locally owned furniture store had outgrown its current space, and with the adjacent tenant’s lease expiring, the owner developed plans for expansion.  CHA united the spaces, adding about 4,000sf of showroom.  The layout was simplified with a number of partitions removed, and the openings between the units located to seamlessly unite the two wings of the showroom.
