SUNNY ISLES CONDO

CHA facilitated the renovation of a 48th floor, oceanside luxury condo in Sunny Isles.  The renovation involved the insertion of furniture quality pieces of millwork throughout the full-floor unit.  The bar area was expanded with an island, the bathroom defined by a unique island makeup vanity, and the office and family room clad in hardwood paneling with integrated cabinetry.  CHA produced both construction drawings for permitting as well as shop drawings for the fabrication of the millwork.
